Custom Pressure Ranges
From 0-100 kPa up to 0-40 MPa, in gauge, absolute or sealed-gauge reference. We calibrate each unit to your exact span, not just the nearest standard range.
Custom Output Signals
4-20mA two-wire, 0-5V, 0-10V, RS485 and HART on PT200 high-accuracy models — matched to your PLC, controller or display.
Custom Process Connections
G1/4, G1/2, 1/4 NPT, M20x1.5, flange and Tri-Clamp hygienic options. PT400 flush-diaphragm models suit viscous or clogging media.
Custom Housing & Materials
304 or 316L stainless steel, IP65/IP67 sealing, custom cable lengths, M12 or aviation connectors, and protective coatings for harsh environments.
Custom Accuracy Grades
0.5%FS standard, 0.25%FS for tighter control loops, and 0.1%FS on the PT200 series with HART digital configuration.

Base platforms: PT100 industrial transducers (0.5%FS, up to 40 MPa), PT200 high-accuracy transmitters (0.1%FS, HART) and PT400 flush-diaphragm hygienic transducers. Custom parameters apply to all three families.

Requirements & Specification
Send your drawings, datasheet or a reference sample: pressure range, output, connection, materials and volume. Our engineers confirm feasibility and send a quotation within 24 hours.
Prototype & Sample
We build samples to your exact specification — typically within 10 days for standard customizations — and ship them with calibration reports for your own validation and installation testing.
Pilot Run & Approval
After sample approval, a small pilot batch verifies the production process, tooling and quality checks before full production begins. You approve the pilot before we scale.
Mass Production & QC
Production runs 15-25 days with incoming material inspection, in-line pressure testing, 100% calibration and final visual inspection. Every unit ships with a test certificate.

MOQ 100 Pieces
The minimum order for a custom OEM configuration is 100 pieces per model. Standard models from the catalog can be ordered at lower volumes.
15-25 Day Production
Mass production lead time is 15-25 days after sample approval, depending on volume and customization depth. Samples typically ship within 10 days.
Samples First
New OEM projects always start with samples. Sample cost is credited against the first production order for approved configurations.

What is the minimum order for OEM production?

What is the lead time for custom pressure transducers?
Samples are typically ready within 10 days of specification confirmation. Mass production takes 15-25 days after sample approval, depending on volume and the level of customization.
