4–20 mA (2-wire)Loop-powered current loop over two wires, 12–36 V DC. Immune to cable voltage drop and electrical noise — the standard signal for PLC / DCS analog inputs and long cable runs in industrial plants.
0–10 V / 0–5 V (3-wire)Voltage output for short cable runs feeding DAQ cards, drives and local displays that read voltage directly. Cost-effective for machine-mounted sensors.
RS485 ModbusDigital bus output — up to 32 devices per segment, live pressure plus diagnostics. Best for SCADA, energy monitoring and multi-point hydraulic test stands.
HARTDigital FSK communication superimposed on the 4–20 mA loop. Remote range change, calibration and diagnostics over the same two wires without touching the sensor.

What is the difference between a pressure transducer and a pressure transmitter?

A transducer converts pressure into an electrical signal — typically voltage or current. A transmitter adds signal conditioning, loop power and digital communication (HART or RS485) so the value can travel long distances and integrate with plant systems. Which output signal should I choose?

Choose 4–20 mA for long runs, noisy plants and PLC / DCS analog inputs. Choose 0–10 V or 0–5 V for short machine-internal runs to DAQ or drive cards. Choose RS485 Modbus or HART when you need digital values, remote configuration or multi-device bussing.

What pressure ranges do you offer?

Standard spans run from 0–0.1 MPa to 0–40 MPa (gauge or sealed gauge) on the PT100 series, extendable to 0–60 MPa on the PT200 high-accuracy series. Differential pressure instruments are configured to your span.

What wetted materials are available?

The standard diaphragm and port are 316L stainless steel, suitable for water, oils, air and mildly aggressive fluids. The PT200 series offers a Hastelloy diaphragm option for corrosive media, and the PT400 flush diaphragm handles viscous, slurry and sanitary media.

What process connections are stocked?

G1/4, 1/4NPT and M20×1.5 are standard stock. Other threads (G1/2, NPT variants), sanitary clamp fittings and custom ports are available on request.

Yes. Samples of standard models ship within 5–7 days, and we deduct sample cost from your first volume order. Send your spec to request a sample quote.
