Why the PT100 Earns Its Place on Your Machine
316L Stainless Steel Diaphragm
Welded, hermetically sealed sensor cell handles water, oil, air and mildly aggressive media without leaking or corroding — the workhorse choice for industrial loops.
0–0.1 to 0–40 MPa Range Coverage
One series spans low hydraulic pressures to 400-bar-class duties. Custom spans within the window are configured at the factory for your exact process point.
4–20 mA / 0–10 V / 0–5 V Outputs
Two-wire current loop for long cable runs and noisy plants, or voltage outputs for PLCs and DAQ cards — pick the signal your control system speaks.
±0.5% FS Accuracy, Proven in the Field
Silicon piezoresistive sensing with temperature compensation keeps readings dependable from –20 °C winter lines to 85 °C machine rooms.
IP65 Sealed Housing
Die-cast or stainless housing with potted electronics shrugs off dust, splash and washdown-adjacent environments on the plant floor.
CE-Certified, Factory-Calibrated
Every unit ships calibrated with a test certificate, traceable and ready to install — no bench setup needed before commissioning.

FAQ
Questions Buyers Ask
What pressure ranges are available on the PT100?
Standard spans cover 0–0.1 MPa up to 0–40 MPa in gauge or sealed-gauge reference. If your working point sits between standard spans, tell us the span and we configure the cell and calibration at the factory — see the full range of our pressure transducers for related series.
Which output should I choose — 4–20 mA or 0–10 V?
Choose 4–20 mA for long cable runs, high electrical noise or when the receiver is a traditional PLC analog card; the current loop is immune to voltage drop. Choose 0–10 V or 0–5 V when you feed a DAQ, controller or display that reads voltage directly and the cable run is short.
Is the PT100 suitable for hydraulic systems with pressure spikes?
Yes — the 316L diaphragm and overload-rated cell tolerate typical hydraulic transients. Tell us your system pressure and expected spike level when ordering so we can set the right proof and burst margin for your loop.
What process connections can I order?
G1/4, 1/4 NPT and M20×1.5 are stocked. Other threads such as G1/2 or NPT variants are available on request — include the mating port of your manifold or valve when you request a quote.
How is the transducer wired?
Two-wire units use 24 V DC loop power with the 4–20 mA signal on the same pair. Three-wire voltage units take power plus signal and common. A wiring diagram ships with every unit, and our team can confirm pinout against your PLC card before dispatch.
Can PRESS SPEC customize the PT100 for our brand or enclosure?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM on the PT100 — custom pressure ports, cable lengths, connectors, output ranges and private-label marking. See our OEM/ODM service or contact us with your specification.
