Why the PT300 Fits Where Others Cannot

~19 mm Compact Diameter

A body diameter of about 19 mm and short overall length let the PT300 slip into manifolds, valve blocks and instrument housings where standard transducers will not fit.

Low-Power 3.3–5 V Operation

Ratiometric 0.5–4.5 V output at under 5 mA makes it battery- and MCU-friendly — ideal for portable, wireless and energy-harvested instruments.

0–0.05 to 0–1.6 MPa Spans

Fine low-pressure spans suit pneumatic and fluidic systems. Custom spans within the window are factory-set to your exact working point.

Welded 316L Cell, No O-Rings

The sensing cell is welded stainless steel — no elastomer seals to age, swell or leak, so the sensor holds calibration in continuous-duty applications.

±0.5% FS Accuracy in a Small Package

Temperature-compensated sensing keeps accuracy within ±0.5% FS despite the miniature footprint — performance that fits the space you have.

FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask

How small is the PT300 really?

The housing measures approximately 19 mm in diameter with an overall body length around 30–40 mm depending on the pressure port. If your cavity is tighter, send the envelope drawing with your inquiry and we will check the closest build.

Can the PT300 run from a 3.3 V MCU supply?

Yes — the ratiometric version is specified for 3.3–5 V DC and draws under 5 mA, so it can share the MCU rail in battery or USB-powered devices without a separate sensor supply.

What media can the PT300 measure?

The welded 316L cell handles dry air, inert gases and neutral fluids. For humid compressed air we recommend keeping dew point within the media temperature range; for aggressive chemicals, our pressure transducer range includes corrosion-resistant builds.

Is the PT300 suitable for embedded robotics and actuators?

Yes — it was designed for that. The compact body, low power draw and ratiometric output integrate directly with robot controllers and pneumatic actuator feedback loops. We also supply bare-cell and custom-termination variants for volume OEM programs.

What output options are available?

Standard is 0.5–4.5 V ratiometric for 3.3 V or 5 V systems. A 4–20 mA two-wire option is available where analog current loops are preferred. Digital I2C output can be discussed for high-volume projects.

What is the minimum order for a custom PT300 variant?

Custom ranges and cable/connector options are available from modest quantities; fully custom mechanical builds suit volume OEM programs. Tell us your annual volume and we will quote accordingly — see OEM/ODM for details.
